We open all low-point access ports and pump water from the system, ensuring lines are fully drained. Our service includes inspecting all sprinklers and the full pivot machine, checking gearboxes for water and topping off gear lube, greasing the pivot swivel, and performing a full startup. We run the pivot in both directions, dry, to verify smooth operation and confirm the system is fully prepared for a successful irrigation season. If requested, we can also start pumps and run the pivot wet to ensure the entire system operates flawlessly under normal conditions. 

 Keep your pivot’s gearboxes running smoothly with our complete drain and refill service. We fully drain old gear lube and properly dispose of it, leaving no mess in the field, then refill with high-quality Valley V-Lube. During service, seals are inspected, diaphragms replaced if needed, and the entire drive train is checked for proper operation. Any parts of immediate concern are replaced on the spot, and a detailed report is provided outlining additional issues noticed, along with recommended repair plans, giving you confidence in the condition and longevity of your system.
